Here is a picture of the before. Yes, we are that close. We are taking our before pictures. This is the view from our avocados orchard looking up at the existing house. In a short 18 months or so, this view will be of our cantilever family room. Can't wait!
This weekend we celebrated that fact that our house project is likely to begin this week. (Like how I have learned not to assume anything WILL happen?) Anyways, Jam is getting close to finishing a house project of his own so he handed down some essential items: a level, a hammer, some caution tape, etc. What did we get ourselves into?
